1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BeitFann Art and Music Studio’s services and facilities, and the website www.beitfann.ae . By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Offered
BeitFann Art and Music Studio provides various art and music lessons and
workshops for both children and adults. Detailed descriptions of these services
can be found on our website or by contacting our administration.
3. Registration and Enrollment
• Participants must register for classes in advance.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the registration.
4. Payment Policy
• Fees for services must be paid in accordance with the pricing structure specified at the time of enrollment.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy outlined below.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds on any of our packages or sessions. For participants with packages, If you need to cancel a session for which you have registered, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours. This allows us to manage our scheduling and resources efficiently as cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered as attended, and you will be charged accordingly. This policy applies to all arts and music sessions offered by our studio.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during classes, including but not limited to course materials, music, and art supplies, are the intellectual property of BeitFann Art and Music Studio and are intended for use during the sessions only and are not to be removed from the BeitFann premises unless otherwise instructed.
